I took my family to Saturday afternoon skate 1pm-330pm and wanted to leave half an hour into skating. The music that was played was not appropriate for young children, I even went to the desk and asked for child friendly music to be played. There was two birthdays for young children and 80% of children there were younger than 10 and do not need to hear that. Also the skates we rented were in BAD condition: ripped, strings broken, holes in them. And would it hurt to clean the bathrooms and provide soap for people to wash their hands?? We live in Zanesville but would rather travel to Newark and pay more for a CLEAN FAMILY FRIENDLY skating experience.
