Dr was great when examining. However the lady at the desk was rude and pushy, not at all considerate or willing to do her job. I asked for a sch excuse and she thumped back into the chair, looked annoyed. The slip was not accepted at the school because she didn't write the date nor time my child was seen. I was pressured into buying glasses through them. I spent almost $200 on lenses alone. I had requested a prescription because I could get them cheaper through other places. They refused saying I had to purchase the lenses through them otherwise the DR doesn't make much money. They were not in my vision network which meant I paid full price for them. I found out later, I did not have to purchase the lenses through them, they are required to give me the prescription if asked for it. I do think the DR is a good DR. He was excellent with my child and my child likes him better than my other child's DR. I do not think the lady at the desk is very professional and I don't like being lied to. The lenses elsewhere would have cost $40 at Pearl Vision. I could have saved a lot of money.

What a wonderful experienced staff. They knew exactly what I was looking for. Great selection of frames including Coach!! Dr. Colopy spends alot of time on your vision exam. I would refer him to anyone.
