The main office sent in its part of needed paperwork last week from the same paperwork that the Zachary branch decided was not the right signature...seems a teller there thinks she knows more than the main office ... but after a week decided to call the person who was on the signature line to verify it.. It was verified and yet here it is 5 days later and they have yet to send it in but said they did when patron they make 1200 dollars a year of off called...different story when the person waiting on the paperwork called...what makes a teller more of a decision maker than the corporate office? Guaranty Bank Zachary office last place I would recommend to someone I hate that is how unprofessional they are.
