Dr. Lance Fallin has been my family's dentist for the last 7 years. I have nothing but great things to say about his personality, skills, office building and staff. After arriving for my appointments I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. Once I have been shown to a chair the work immediately starts; I am not moved to an area to wait. The staff is always friendly, kind and caring. They address me by first name and always ask about me and my family. They in turn willingly share info about their families. When in the office only the work being done reminds me I am at the dentist. The office never smells like a typical dentist office; in fact the there really isn't a smell (the air is clean and fresh). There are gorgeous mural on the ceilings to help you relax while getting work done. Once the work is done the hygienist immediately gets Dr. Fallin to come in and examine the work done (cleaning). The hygienist also schedules your next appointment, if desired, and escorts you to the checkout counter. The wait to check out is usually 0-5 minutes. If the wait is longer than 5 minutes, the hygienist or Dr. Fallin makes a point to find out why. Dr. Fallin is not in my insurance company's network but I still see him because the exceptional service and comfortable environment more than make up for the difference in cost.
