We have been customers for 11 plus years. The service has gotten worse and worse. The Techs have NEVER been on time, and about once every third time someone arrives with an attitude. This will probably be our last service we will switch to another company.

Their $399 contract is a complete rip-off. Likewise, they did a pre-treat on my 4000 sf home's foundation that only took 30 minutes. I found out 6 months later that I had termites and no proper pre-treat could be done on such a home as mine (properly) in less than 3 hours. They are a complete rip-off. Buyer beware.
