estimate

I called asked to have a estimator come out and give us a estimate and show us there products. The gyguy that answered the phone said that he would come and if didn't it would mean was dead. And I asked what do you mean and said that the owners pay for his phone and they wouldn't like me not show up.That he would call if he was late. Then the day that he was suppose to show up for the appointment, he had a lady in there office call and say that he had something come up and he would call me on the following monday and set up a new appointment.Never heard from them again. Terrible customer service. The guys name was Pat Kelly, who works for there company.

Windowinstallation

Words cannot express how happy we are with our new master bedroom. The room is so beautiful that I never want to leave. Cory, all your fabric choices were perfect, from the windows treatments to the custom bedding. My husband and I can’t thank you and Gary enough for your professionalism. From the moment we contacted shafran construction Company and got Tricia (your assistant) on the phone we knew it was going to be a great experience just from her friendliness. We will refer you to all of our friends.Under Shafran construction all your fabric choices were perfect, from the windows treatments to the custom bedding.
