If you would like to have a fee here and there and a charge here and there, this would be a great place for you. Just make sure that the cheap blinds on your window dont fall off or you will have a fee/charge of $25.00 for beyond wear and tear. Also, if you want to be entertained by watching a cop sting about twice a month this will be a great place to watch that. Be aware that the apartment you may move into because you may have cops come at 3am looking for the pervious owners. If something may go wrong in you apt then you may get random charges around your house durning inspection unexpectedly. Dont expect something to get fixed for a few months either and be prepared to deal with rude service. It's nice when you first move in but it wont always be that way.
