Visited this store today for the first time and was very impressed with their gun selection. Overall, I had a very good experience. I was helped by Chase, who assisted me in selling my 9mm gun and walked out with a brand new Beretta. Definitely coming back!

Horrible customer service. Waited and couldn't get help. They weren't even busy. Took my business out of town. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I like to buy local, but will not for my firearms.

I had a terrible experience with internet sale from Sprague's. It appears their local range and sales are highly rated but I would avoid ANY online purchases.



I lost a substantial amount of money on a purchase that Sprague's would not make right. Terrible long distance customer service.



Highly disappointing especially because I really wanted the make and model of defective firearm i tried purchasing.
