I called the service department. Told them 1 of the AC hoses had blown. Told them exactly which one it was. Gave them our VIN number. They said come on in we can get to it to day and get it fixed. We got there. Waited about 1 hour to get in. Then after about an hour they told us they did not have the part. Charged us 1 hour labor, $127 to raise the hood and see the busted hose check parts and not be able to fix the truck until Monday or Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. ... this will not happen again.
