Angie the owner is completely unprofessional. She is extremely hard to get a hold of. when and if you do make contact with her and she gives you a time to meet and additional time to that as punctual she’s not. Plus be sure your party favors are flip fans as running the A/C is a luxury that she does not offer in any package. There are certainly better options out there.

My wife and I had our wedding reception at the Rococo and we could not have had a better experience. Angie who runs the event hall was great. She was there every step of the way for anything that we needed. I would suggest this place to anyone who is looking to have their reception or quince somewhere in the Yuma area.

BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Rococo had the best prices, and the owners were very nice and helped me in everything. I had my quince there and everyone loved it including me. From the service to the final touches they were always supportive and found a way to make it the best. They are professional in every way and the owner has some very creative ideas to make the date even better than you planned. I am supper satisfied with this place and i recommed it to anyone that wants to make a party!!! (:

The owners steal your money!!!!! The owner was very unprofessional and was extremely upset when we told her we needed to cancel the venue. They have refused to give back deposits to a couple people even when they have been given more than a reasonable amount of time to book the hall to someone else. Prices are totally unreasonable, hall is small, you pay so many things out of pocket, don't go there unless you want to be ripped off. And if you have any kind of emergency to where you wish to cancel your venue, forget about ever getting your money back!!

I recently had my daughter's quinceanera at this Rococo and I must say it was way better than I expected to find in Yuma. when our daughter first saw this place she fell in love and had to have her party there. when we first showed up to our appointment with Angie and Arnold (the owners) they where very friendly and always made me and my wife feel comfortable and confident about our choices. they always had great ideas and beautiful center pieces that we would have never thought of. when all was done we had their platinum plus package which was well worth it our daughter had the best time and they took care of nearly everything for us. We would most defiantly recommend this place to anyone!

This place is nice inside, looks better when its decorated but the service is HORRIBLE!!!!! Arnold, the owner is a complete douchbag! He offended our views on how the event should be and wanted to do everything their way. I asked for a quote and when she went back they had already added more to the total??!! Who does that?? Complete unprofessionals. Dont go here unless you want to get ripped off! I only gave it 1 star because they are good at brainwashing!
