Lived at Rive Park for 1yr, in that time I experianced having cockroaches that management didn't seem concerned about, poor maintenance and a laundry room that was constantly filled with broken dryers and other insect infestations. Management was rude to me when ever I made a complaint, and the property owners were only concerned with covering their own behinds. I moved out a month before my lease was up but still paid the last months rent because I would have rather paid rent at 2 places then have lived there a moment longer! I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone, specialy if you have kids or care about cleanliness!

RiverPark Apartments are professionally managed, and the office staff is also very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team at RiverPark is also super competent and pleasant. This property is kept up well, and it's a quiet, peaceful community in a convenient location. I'd recommend RiverPark to anyone as a great place to live!
