DON'T move here! It was only of the worst experiences of my life! When I walked into my apt to move in it was trashed. They never fixed anything, the staff was rude, unavailable, and incompetent

I love living here. The neighbors are really nice and so is the staff! With all the new amenties such as the WII room and the new look of the clubhouse and pool it looks amazing! I've told all my friends and family! I especially enjoy the free Wi-Fi they have!

I have lived here at Regency and just love it. Recently they ahve done a lot for the community. They remodeled the club house adding wi-fi and a Wii lounge. Re-modeled the pools(there are 2 pools, a spa and kiddie pool). They painted the whole place. Its really amazing how much they care here. If your looking for a new home I would say come to Regency.
