The customer service received from this company, and it's representatives, mainly owners daughter, is horrible. Not only was the customer service horrible but it took them months upon months to complete the job and when payment was held from them because the job was not complete, we were told that we were ridiculous for holding payment over a $5 piece. Poor customer service and poor quality of work.

I ' ve had my pool done over 2 and a half years and I just love the quality of work that was done to it, The prices were even better than I tought they would be, They service my pool every week and leave it clean for my family to enjoy the nice warm weathers.I really recommend Paradise Pools.

I have personaly seen this company grow. The Employees at paradise pools are a family of buisness. They have endured many accomplishements and became a succesful company. Mr. Sanchez was and still is a very respected succesful buisness man threw out the community he passed a few years ago and has left a legacy of family culture. Your a very respected and appreciated man we all miss you. Youll always be welcome in my house. The pools here are the best your friendship your hospitality.
