Wanting to rent a park model from January 15, 2015 until February 28/15. Two responsible, reliable adults, non smokers, no pets, no children. Please let us be lucky.

Spent two months first year, five months last year, and plan on six months this year. Have made good. Friends with both owners and other other renters. Promotions are winding down as more lots are sold which is to beexpected. Only complaint is pools are not warm enough to be enjoyable.

My husband and I purchased in the Palms 4 years ago after not spending a night there before hand. We definitely have NO regrets. As far as owners vs renters, I have never seen friction between the two. Half the time it is difficult to know who is a renter and who is a owner. Nobody cares! The staff is great! As with any place you can't please everyone but we have a lot of fun and have made great life time friends. Come and try it out!

The park is very dog friendly and clean. The lots are big. The shuffleboards and the pool tables are first class. The card room is inadequate. The pool is freezing - probably around 80 degrees. There is a nasty owner vs RVer mentality. Owners feel a superiority and show it to a point of ignorance. They don't seem to realize the RVers are potential owners and are currently paying the bills. I don't think we will be back.

This RV resort falsely advertises on. Best get your reservations costs in writing before going there.

We stayed for the month of September at the Yuma Palms Resort. We were among the first snowbirds in the park, and were offered a nice rental special. The pools (2 of them) and the jacuzis (2 of them) were operational even though we were early birds. All of the lots had patios, and the lots were large enough to feel that we could spread out and not be too close to our neighbors. The resort was spotlessly clean and the staff were wonderful. We had never stayed in Yuma before and they helped us find the things we needed. They were professional and courteous. It is a gated community and they have guards 24-7 at the entrance.We had a good time. We will definitely stay there again.
