These people are crooks. They ruined an almost new and expensive Bebe jacket and they wouldn't even admit they were at fault. I would take them to small claims but I do not want to take the time off work to do it. If you go here you do so at your own risk!

This place is the worse dry cleaners I've ever patronized. They ruined my expensive jacket and not only denied it but blamed me for it! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Stay FAR AWAY from Melody Cleaner's. I sent in a dress to get altered by them. It was not done the day it was supposed to be, after the owner called and asked me to leave it with them and give them another chance, I went the next day to pick it up and it was ruined. It was bubbling out on both sides, the rooshing was so loose on one side that I could pull it over the sequins, and then there was a very noticeable line going down the front of the dress on the right hand side. My event was the next day out of town, after much back and forth I was compensated for some of the dress. They did not pay me the full amount and the night before my event I was having to find a new formal and jewelry. I posted a review on facebook of my experience and I was attacked by the owner and her mother, I have all of the screenshots of the conversation, even though they deleted their comments. They even went as far as to threaten my husband's job, by telling me that if I did not, shut my mouth, that they would call his employer and he would lose rank (my husband is in the military). My opinion and advice to other's is to find another cleaner's and to stay far away from them.

Wow they must have started in the buisness when the were - what maybe 8 or 9 yrs old? Maybe looking older than they really are allows them to get away with BS such as that.

Do yourself a favor and check out a more reputabal cleaner...

Let me tell you, these people are clueless and deserve to be run out of business. I called the manager to complain about my suit not being back when promised and his wife answered. I asked for a discount or refund and was promptly told; IT IS OUR POLICY FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS TO NOT GIVE A DISCOUNT OR REFUND, AND WE NEVER HAVE!



WHAT? HOW STUPID IS THAT?! MORONS!



I asked for the MANAGER to return my calls, HE NEVER HAS!



BOYCOTT MELODY CLEANERS!
