I have to say it was a rough start, they did not return my phone calls and after we made the agreement to go ahead I was told it would not start for a few weeks. A few days later I am called and told they will start the next day. It was a rough start, but once the work began, it was quick, clean and efficient. They did an excelelnt job, doing more than what we had agreed to. The roof is great, looks and feels so much stronger than the last. We had a heavy rain just a few weeks later and nada, no problems what so ever. Best money I ever spent for a major project. No more do it myself roof projects.

After 2 phone calls they finally show up to do a job. But they don't have all the materials to do it. Shouldn't have to put up with this kind of service.

Their idea of coming to do the job "tomorrow" was to put the material on the roof. No sign of the installers. Had I looked at the web site reviews before the yellow pages I would never have contracted them. Very unreliable. No follow up on promised calls. No installers.

I was given a repair quote without them ever even looking at the problem. When I questioned the quote I was told that they looked at a similar home in the neighborhood and knew exactly what the problem was and that is how they came up with the quote. Later they argued that they had been at my home and seen the problem..............liars!!! Keep your money and go to a different contractor.

This company is terrible! I have been calling for 6 months to have them install solar tubes. Our builder recommended them because they did our roof. In six months they only called back once at the end when I expressed my extreme frustration despite a call back being promised every 2-3 weeks when I called them. I should not have to beg a company to perform work and beg them to take my money. Save your time and call a company that displays some basic customer service
