Very quick, professional service when I needed a window repair right away following a break in. Excellent result.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. First I talked to a lady to get a window replaced. We set a date....they never showed up nor did they bother to call. A week later I gave them a call back and spoke with a man and he assured that it wouldn't happen again. He set a time frame from Monday or Tuesday that they would come to my house but guess what they didn't show up nor did they call. Shows how much they really care about their customers. Two thumbs down!

Very disturbed by the constant higher charges than prices quoted. have used this company for the past year on an apartment complex. invoices received are always 10.00 higher than quoted and when we call them, they send out new invoice with correct pricing but each time we use them, the pattern is repeated. Also, each time we call, it's like they don't know us. Whats your name, the address, phone number, name of the complex... How about using a customer data base so you remember who we are. Might also help you keep your prices honest.

Words cannot express how happy we are with our new master bedroom. The room is so beautiful that I never want to leave. Great company! We took our vehicle their to have a window replaced after being recommended by a police officer, and their customer service from walk in to walking out was a pleasure. Did a wonderful job on time at a very good place. If you need glass service this is where you need to go. Look no further.
