Frank and Son Windshield

The owner Frank is great but his boy Jorge is rude, unprofessional and threatens customers. A schedule was verbally agreed to work on my car on Saturday at 0900. Jorge (son) refused to work and a statement was made to let the grown ups talk and that the owner verbally agreed to fix my car on Saturday. Then Jorge told me "to go fruck myself" and then said for me to "back off little man before you get hurt". Now is this professional? The police were notified of the threats and I encourage people to stay away from them.

The son broke my atenna and didnt say a word to me ..He tried to cover it up..He also did not put the screws back in the panel underneath my windshield wipers..Left the black sealant all over the truck

Helped him out on a job at the san diego marina promised he would deposit money for the job. Still waiting... this was on feb. 21, 2013

Words cannot express how happy we are with our new master bedroom. The room is so beautiful that I never want to leave. Cory, all your fabric choices were perfect, from the windows treatments to the custom bedding. My husband and I can’t thank you and Gary enough for your professionalism. From the moment we contacted shafran construction Company and got Tricia (your assistant) on the phone we knew it was going to be a great experience just from her friendliness. We will refer you to all of our friends.Under Shafran construction all your fabric choices were perfect, from the windows treatments to the custom bedding.

They've had my car for almost a theyve had my car for almost a week and everytime I call to see if it was done they would tell me tomorrow. Tomorrow. It will be done by tomorrow. Still waiting for it to be done. This is the last time I have them do anything to my car. They are scam artists who don't care about workmanship they schedule too many people and they don't have any Helpers in the shop.

If you have a motorhome & need a windshield replaced don't even bother to call these guys. We started our claim in November & wasn't until the end of December before the work was finished(??). Our motorhome didn't even make it 1,000 miles before the windshield popped out, called F & S and they would not stand behind their work. Check out other companies warranties, if they are a reputable company, they will stand behind their work. We had to pay $350 for another wonderful company in Amarillo, TX to properly reset the windshield. F & S would not stand behind their work and reimburse us the $$ to redo their shoddy workmanship. Will not go back to Frank & Sons, but will make sure to let all motorhoming friends know to steer clear of this company. Overall poor communicaton & lack of ability when it comes to motorhome windshield replacement.

Stopped by this morning to Frank & Son to get my window fixed. Took 3 1/2 hrs, cost me waaay more then it should have,oh and they broke my stereo...but my window turned out ok. Thanks again Jr...

Frank and son tinted my older Honda accord, they completed the job below the price of other shops in Yuma and the qualitly was first grade. Costomer service was outstanding.
