The dentist is blind. He has to use several magnification scopes to see. My tooth now looks terrible. His staff billed me not the insurance. I payed $600 for him to make my tooth look worse than it did when I went in.

After coming to this dentist for over 5 years, I decided to change dentists. I was recently scheduled for a procedure that required anesthesia. When I arrived to my appointment, I explained to the technician I was not feeling good and was having low blood pressure problems. The dentist showed no interest in my concerns; instead, he said he had to charge me a cancellation fee. When I explained he could continue with the procedure, but he would be liable as I would not sign the consent form, he refused to waive the fee and did not care about my concerns. I am truly disappointed with this doctor. I would expect him to be more ethical than this. I would've had no problem paying the fee if I had been treated with good morals, dignity and respect.

This Dentist allows his wife to assist him for dental proceedures! When I asked her who she was, she told me in VERY Broken english that she is Dr. Harris's wife. It was clear to me she did not know what she was doing, by shaking uncontrolably while, "assisting" over my face. I am NOT going back, I could have gotten the same well trained staff in Mexico. I feel like if I am paying for a professional service I should get professional service by a professional. I WILL GO TO MEXICO BEFORE RETURNING BACK!
