Arizona s Children Association, with its corporate offices in Phoenix and Tuscon, Ariz., and one of its administrative offices located in Yuma, Ariz., is a nonprofit, full-service child welfare and behavioral health agency. Established in 1912, it has more than 600 professionally trained, individuals, consisting of counselors, therapists, social workers, psychologists and professional and administrative staff. In addition, many partner foster families and support its services. It offers more than 40 programs for protecting children and preserving families, including its prevention and intervention programs. Its permanency initiatives include therapy, education, support and counseling services for foster, adoptive and biological families. Arizona s Children Association also provides independent living skills for children through its foster care system.
