I had an aweful experience with your Yuma location. I ordered something for a friend who had lost her father and her mother in law within a few days. They called to tell me they didn't have what I ordered. So I asked what they did have from the site and they said "nothing" so I just had to trust thru sent something nice and got my money's worth. Then they forgot to send the stuffed animal which I only knew about because I had to ask my friend which is totally lame to bother her with when she's mourning but the florist was clearly not reputable. Then when I called to tell them they didn't send the stuffed animal I paid for they never apologized. They did send one but my friend said the lady acted ride and annoyed about it. That is the last thing I wanted for my friend when she is mourning --to be treated rudely. The point

I've been to a lot of flower shops (I get in trouble allot with the wife) in my days but this has got to be one of the best experiences I have had in a long time as far as customer service is concerned. Andrea was very helpful, knowledgeable, funny and friendly (Not to mention very cute!, By the way, This is why I get into so much trouble). When I walked in I knew I had come to the right place because Andrea was by herself taking orders over a non stop phone and still took care of me by pointing me in the right direction and maintained her cool and finesse the whole time.

Andrea was incredibly helpful and provided a level of service that was only outdone by the STUNNING flower arrangement delivered to my 77yr.young Mother for her Birthday. She said and I quote, "the Most beautiful flowers she had ever received" and my Mother doesn't gush about flowers unless it's for real. This florist even offered to email a photo of the bouquet BEFORE delivering it! WOW-Who does that really? I will highly recommend this florist to anybody that wants to send an awesome gift of gorgeous flowers for any occasion. Thank you for restoring my faith in a Yuma florist that I can trust when there are so many others I tried before with sad results and even sadder flowers. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU

I selected All Seasons Florist because in their home page they stated that they were a home owned business. I've never purchased flowers in Yuma before, but I've always had good luck working with a locally owned company. I was right! The staff was knowlegable and friendly and ordering over the phone went quickly. My friend said that the flower arrangement was beautiful and that they lasted five days after she left the hospital. I found out later that she was in the operating room the first time they tried to deliver the flowers, so they returned that very afternoon! I would highly recommend Tanya and her exceptional crew for all of your florist and gift needs.
