Warning! Stay away from AEA. Horrendous customer service! & It all starts with the manager... tall heavy set individual very unprofesional ...surprises me that he's even a manager! I beleive his name started with a H.

I have tried for 7 months to get them to tell me what legal paperwork THEY NEED in order for me to get it thru the courts after my mother died. This would be so i can get her trailer in my name. I continue to pay the mortgage on time; however they now say I am in default of this loan. I dont have 3 grand to hire a probate attorney so they can guess at what AEA might want. They just want to take back her trailer! I havw tried to be reasonable, talk to 3 different people, explain I make almost minimum wage, and to no avail
I will have to go there, 3 states away, to take off work for probably rwo weeks, just because someone wont tell me what the heck is needed in paperwork. HELP, Does anyone know. Call me at 916 612 6114. Thanks Carol

AEA is by far the wost bank currently open. They were better off when the CROOKS were employed there. Not only will they ruin your credit by reporting your loan multiple times,but they will do nothing to help you fix the problem. Their untrained staff, and upper management cares nothing what so ever about the communitty of Yuma. If you Plan on going there for the comfort of this being your neighbor hood bank,DON'T. They will ruin your life.

Don't do business here. Their chief commercial lending officer was imprisoned for theft, and his staff testified that they cooked the books, deceiving the credit union members of the impending financial disaster. The federal government has bailed them out with your tax dollars. They are dishonest, and can't be trusted.

I have been a member of AEA Federal Credit Union since 1971. They have given me the ultimate in good service. Through thick and thin, they have been there to provide good service for me and my family. Their loan officers have helped us purchase many necessary items for our family as they grew and matured through the years.
