Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Brought my boat in to get a radio installed, was told it would take about an hour and they would get to it the next day. At the end of the week when I called (they never called me) I was told it wasn't ready yet. At the end of the second week (again, no one called me to let me know what was going on with my boat) I was told again it wasn't ready. Remember this is an hour job. When I questioned the guy about it his response was, you have two choices, leave it and we'll fix it (when they get around to it) or come and pick it up. I'm amazed that a company who treats their customers so badly are still in business. PS. I went and picked it up.

I took my boat to Chelsea for repairs. Prices were competitive and service was timely and they did a great job. would recommend to anyone.

Chelsea is awefull

First and foremost the service there is unbelievable. They cant troubleshoot a motor unless its basic maitenance issues. Prices are highest ive ever seen at a boat store . If you love your boat and want it serviced on time , do not go there . Never going back.

This is the worst service I've...

This is the worst service I've ever experienced. They have had my boat off and on for 3 months trying to fix the same problem with my Yamaha motor. This problem did not start until I took it in for a routine service (working fine before). They have had it now for the 3rd time for over a week and haven't even looked at it yet. Stay away from this place at all costs.
