If you use this company expect that you will be in charge of communicating between them and your insurance company in order to get any progress. Expect your repairs will not be completed when promised. Expect that you will not receive communication on the status of your car or even a way to lodge a formal complaint by speaking with the manager. Expect to feel crazy and wonder if you are being outright lied to.

They have had my car 2 months and still counting. They say they have been communicating with my insurance but insurance company has no record of any claims filed. Car is allegedly a total loss. After a month of waiting for an update I asked to come pick it up and they told me I would have to pay to get it put back together.

These guys went out of way when our car went in there for bodywork after collision. i will recommend this place to any of my friends and family in a heartbeat.
