Bailey Brothers is a very reliable company with knowledgeable HVAC technicians. I work at a large apartment complex with great needs in the field of HVAC. The technicians who service the apartment complex always show up when needed and make time for unexpected emergencies. Josh has done many new installs quickly and efficiently with great results. Patrick also does great with new installs and has a significant amount of knowledge when troubleshooting fussy HVAC systems. I have never needed to call them back on any of their work as they always do it right the first time. Once I get a new house, they will be the only HVAC team I will allow to service the HVAC system.

I am actually looking for service for my central air conditioner right now and doing so brought back the most awful experience I had with Bailey Brothers last winter. I called them because my heater was no longer working. A man came out by the name of Justin Taylor I believe. He was rude and listened to headphones the entire visit. His quote on a valve replacement was over $600 dollars. Initially, and by regret I agreed but literally 5 minutes later when I told him that I no longer feel comfortable with that decision he then explained that it was too late and removing it was going to be $300+. A single mother of two, I was outraged of his ridiculous price for something I sat by and lasted 5 minutes! Honestly I was so broken, I cried. This company is the reason we consumers can't trust anyone. 6 months later, here I am writing a review on this terrible experience. Do not waste your time.

They will steal your money and fix nothing in your home

I called them in the middle of the night to help with a sewer problem they walked around for 20 minutes then got aggressivly rude and wanted 180 dollars when I complained to the office the next day about the MSN they sent out they had him call me on the phone and get smart and sarcastic with me and they refused to refund a dime of my money they didn't fix the problem they said I had no problem and they didn't have No clue why my entire place smelled like raw sewage lol they must give there guys certificates from cracker Jack boxes because they are unprofessional and pretend to know what they are doing just to steal your money

I would never use Bailey Bros Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning again, charged me over $500 just to snake out my pipes. Took a long time also, I told him the last guy had to use the roof, he said his boss didnt let him go on the roof, tried the clean out and removed two toilets ... only to wind up on the roof, like I suggested originally. total price gouge, I have spoken with other plumbers who said it should have been $160 MAX !!!!!!!

They were on time with the appointment and were very professional. Got the work done quick. Made sure with me if there were anything else before they left. Told me what was going on and why my A/C was acting up. Very attentive and answered all questions. Recommend to all.

I had to sell my house so my friend recommended me to Bailey Brothers. I had to get my A/C replace. They came and did a quick estimate, as a result, they got that thing up and running. They did a great job. Thank you!!
