We have multiple dogs in our family. Each one has received incredible care from the staff. They are caring and compassionate which give us peace of mind, knowing that our pets are getting wonderful care. Absolutely love VCA!

I just left from this place after getting the box turtle i found abandoned checked out. To be honest i was actually impressd by the staff UNTIL i had to pay $75 for the vet to print information on how to care for the turtle out! The only reason i chose this place was because when i googled it the website said the FIRST EXAM is FREE! I literally went in there without a dime on me and when they gave me the amount I owed I had to go outside to get the money for my boyfriend.... I was embarrassed. The turtle wouldve been cheaper if i had BOUGHT it to begin with. Thw only reason i didnt leave it there is because my daughter already loves it! After i got home i looked on the website and in FINE print it says the FREE exam is only for CATS AND DOGS. Im pissed... I guess thats what happends when u rescue a turtle want to makw sure it ia healthy.

I had an appointment at 3:50 pm today with Dr Megan. I waited, with no explanation for 50 minutes for a 10 minute appointment. No one said sorry for the wait or gave an explanation. I know I don't have many choices living out here, but I have spent a fortune there over the past 7 years and I think a little bit of courtesy goes a long way.

Every employee at VCA Yucca Valley has always been professional and courtious. They all truely care about every pet that comes in. Dr. Taylor is very knowledgable, and I have trusted him with all of my pets (3 dogs & 2 cats) for routine preventitive procedures to major surgeries. Even though I moved from Yucca Valley to 29 Palms, I still make the 35 mile drive to this clinic when my pets need vet care.
