Provided by SuperpagesInability to provide me with a written estimate. First they wanted me to fill out the entire form myself, after explaining to them numerous times that they need to fill out THEIR own form, they proceeded to take 1 hour to finish writing the estimate. Upon receipt, I learned that it STILL was not filled out correctly. Also a very bad language barrier.
