took my child for first visit, office dark & dingy, nothing in wait room for any child of any age to keep occupied, no books, toys, pictures on wall etc...nurse okay, doc was very unfriendly and couldn't get out fast enough, and hated that i tried to ask a question, instead made it sound like i was an idiot, shot nurse could have been faster, this was my child's 5 round of shots, had others nothern cali, and this was the worst experience, do not take your child, last resort is okay
