I have been setting up a small business in town and working with drop ship vendors to supply consumables with the usual hiccups around order timing, shipping delays etc. I contacted Roger to see if we could obtain these supplies locally, keeping the money in our local community and eliminating these delays at the same time. They carried some of the products, but in order to meet our needs for the products they did not stock, they changed out some of our dispensers to use their stock (saving money with a less expensive product as well) and special ordered the others. They went above and beyond to meet our needs and earn our business!

Shadd has supplied my Dental Office with supplies. Quality products, expert knowledge, and quick service. They have kept my janitorial needs and products at extremely competitive costs. Combine with great service and Shadd can’t be beat.
