This facility is not providing professional service, whatsoever! I have called on 3 different days and left 3 voicemails to please return my calls regarding a relative who was transferred there...and no response. Their main line, during my three calls, always went straight to a recording...even during regular business hours. This really concerns me since no staff at this facility is responding and I have no idea regarding the status of the patient I am trying to contact. They are lacking professionalism and do not seem to care about the concerns regarding patients who are admitted there. I will be contacting my County Mental Health to make a transfer request out of there immediately.
