I found Gerardo through his yellow pages add. You never know when you find online add if people are telling the truth  and it's hard to trust someone you don't know with something as big as the sale of your home. I am extremely lucky to have found Gerardo! He helped me navigate thru a difficult time with the Sale of my house. He managed every bit of it with compassion and professionalism. He was spot-on with his recommendation for the list price of my home. He guided me through the entire process and her quick response to my calls or text was amazing. He had excellent contacts for my long-distance move and helped me to coordinate the process on both ends. My expectations are extremely high and He did not disappoint me. I can't say enough good things about Gerardo! I just wish I could work with someone like his in all of my business transactions, my life would be so much easier.
