I had an emergency dental situation and went in without appointment since my grandfather had gotten some great work done there before.



Dr Bezad was great, very caring, explained the whole procedures and my option. I ended up having to get an implant and it's been great. I see many patients in there and they completely change their smile.



Great work and great staff

This is nothing but a rip-off shop. I went in to see about getting an implant where a crown had broken off. Dentist, Patricia Bezad was an hour late to the office. After that I had a office assistant take an x-ray that was partially blurry. At NO TIME did ANYone actually look in my mouth for initial exam. Dr. Bezad saw me in the hallway for about a minute, then argued about which tooth I needed extracted. Terrible!!!!! I will never go back and would urge others not to.

I am a disabled Senior living in Paradise, CA area and am physiclly unable to go to my regular dentist in San Jose. I read all the hype about Affordable Denture's timely service and so called dignity to patients. I went there on 11/20/13 and was told I would have my lower dentures in two weeks. I paid $840.00 and was told I would absolutely positively have the partial in time for the X-Mas Holidays. I called 16 days later about getting my partial and was put on hold. I called again 3 days later and was told, "They would call me." They never called. On 1/3/14, 44 days after I paid I sent the owner, Patricia Bezad, a Certified letter asking for a refund. I received zero response. On 2/5/14, 33 days after my first letter, I sent a second Certified letter again asking for a refund. Received zero response again. On 2/20/14 I filed a claim against Patricia Bezad at CA Superior Court, Yuba City, for my $840.00 refund. She has treated me with zero regard, ondecency and worthlessness. I have no teeth to eat and this owner will not refund my money so I can buy them and eat normally. The whole experience with Dr. Patricia Bezad is a nightmare. Court is scheduled for 4/3/14.
