Calling the Appliance Guy was a big mistake! When I called I spoke to a woman and I told her that I was having a problem with my washer. She told me that he would be over between 2:00 and 4:00. I waited until 6:00 and he never showed up. I had also explained to her that it was my day off. No phone call from them to say they were not coming or try to reschedule. The next morning I called SK Appliance and he was here in 30 minutes. I would not recommend the Appliance Guy.
