We had another repair shop come out to look at an ice buildup in our freezer. After paying to be told that was normal we contacted Thompson's. We had done business with them in the past and were always happy with their service. Adolf came out and quickly diagnosed the issue with the condensation fan in the freezer. He ordered it and came back quickly to replaced the fan. I have also referred friends to them.

They were great from start to finish. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Reasonably priced, fast, friendly, service! Who can beat that? I will call them for all appliance repair in the future and recommend them with rave reviews!
