Mark screwed me out of a $5,000 on a new home tile job. Custom home in Ann Arbor. He dragged out his work so long and used inferior prep products, I finally fired him. I won a claim against him in court for the money. Never saw a penny. That was in 2007. His excuse at the time was he was either going to a Dave Matthews concert or was hung over from the concert. The guy sucks.

Team Kaiser did some tile work for a bathroom remodel. Were supposed to install several cabinets and install shower hardware as well. The latter was partially finished due to the need for drywall repair..I guess remodeling doesn't entail that. They dumped the buckets used to mix grout and mortar in my utility sink. The stuff hardened in my pipes which a plumber repaired for $263.00. Mark apologized and assured me he would take responsibility and reimburse me…2 weeks later still waiting. will never do business with again. :(
