Sergio and his beautiful wife are such a blessing!! We all bonded the moment we met. I had gone for many years without being able to wear my "un repairable wedding ring" or so I thought. Sergio made "a miracle happen" and my un repairable wedding ring was repaired and brought back to creation. Thank you both so very much for your sincere friendship and kindness.

The price was WAY too expensive. $12 for a watch pin and another $12 for making the watch smaller (it took him exactly 7 minutes to do both). The watch also had a minor scratch on it after fixing it (could not have been there before, it's a new watch). Wouldn't recommend for anyone!

Sergio and his wife fixed my "unfixable" promise ring after exhausting all of my resources. It is better than the day I received it!! It's perfect!! They are reasonably priced and the nicest people!! Thank you so much for making me smile !!!

I've taken advantage of Sergio's great location inside Meijer's twice now. I've been completely satisfied both time. In fact most recently, I was able to drop off my bracelet, do my grocery shopping and my bracelet was ready to be picked up when I was finished. Both Sergio and his wife are a delight and I won't hesitate to go to them again in the future.

I needed batteries replaced in 4 watches. I received excellent, quick and professional service. The business is located inside the Meijers store on Carpenter Rd. Parking was easy, the location great and it only took a few minutes. The business is run by a charming couple that has been doing this for over 30 years. I highly recommend this business for Watch Repair. They also have a large variety of replacement watch bands. They do custom jewelry work and watch, clock and Jewelry repair. If you need any of these services, I highly recommend this business. I will be back.
