I have had trouble working with a pest control company couple of months ago so I decided to find a different company. We had some pest issues on our rental properties and Insectech did an amazing job handling the work request and resolving the issues with professionalism and enthusiasm. Would highly recommend Insectech to anyone seeking pest control services that can do the job with utmost professionalism and enthusiasm.

Insectech experts have been to our place three times now. The first two times, service was provided by Jake. Today, Nathan came out. I just can't say enough good things about their service. These guys know what they're doing. Their pricing is very reasonable for the service provided and they don't try to upsell you for service that you don't need.

We had an infestation of carpenter ants in our living room. Insect Tech technician Tony had to treat it twice, it was that bad. Each time he arrived on time, explained what he would do, and addressed our concerns regarding the chemicals he used. The second treatment was free, since it fell within the 4-month guarantee of the first treatment. This May we found a few more ants in the exact same spot. We scheduled a third treatment. To our surprise, this treatment will be free, too, even though the guarantee expired two weeks ago, because the owner, Bill, said that it was clearly the same nest and the same problem. Now that's stellar service! We chose a chemical that would be less harmful if accidentally ingested by humans, since we have a young child; this treatment takes longer to work, so there is a chance that a few ants might survive. It seems that a few did, indeed, survive, but the company will deal with it for free. They clearly care about their service, and they'll come back and treat until the problem is solved - without charging you each time. Wow!!!

We had an infestation of flying insects that completely covered one wall of our study, In addition, they were dying off and littering the floor and the tops of the bookcases... We could find no way they were coming in.



We called one of the big Pest Control companies who offered to come out, do a complete inspection, after which they would not disclose what the problem/source of difficulty was but offered to come out monthly for 3 months at a cost of $150/ month...or if we really wanted to be sure, for $80/month for a year. In addition, if anything new showed up they would make a special visit out.



Just to be sure and check the options, I called Insectech. The owner is a remarkably knowledgeable man who asked a few questions, then told us he was 99% sure it was such and such an insect, and that this was a ONE DAY event...He was right, the next day it was over. Furthermore he suggested what the problem was that let them in, and told us what to do about it...all without ever coming out, and without charging us anything.

Since then I have had another experience like this, with a similar response. He also said that for larger animals he would refer us elsehwere. No monkey business! Wonderful service, and a neat man. An unusual experience!!

Insectech came out within about 2hrs from the time I placed the call. The ceiling in my nephews room appeared to look like a water stain spot. As we got close to observe it, shockingly, bees started coming through the ceiling. Hundreds of them began to swarm the bedroom. Insectech inspected & advised we had a yellow jacket nest in the ceiling. They applied what was needed to kill the bees. Unfornately, 2 weeks later, we saw more bees, outside, going under the window casing to my nephews room again. Insectech came back out the next day, only to find out the nest that was in the ceiling, had larve that were making their way out, dying and falling back into the bedroom. The yellow jackets had found a new entrance and began congregating once again. In addition to powdering, they had to fog as well. Because of the guarantee, it did not cost us anything additional & we hope those yellowjackets find somewhere else to make their home. We highly recommend their services! The owner is very compassionate to your insect issues, & his staff are a very kind bunch as well! Thank-you Insectech!

I have been using them for years now, they originally starting spraying for wasps, it worked. Since we live next to a swamp, we were being eaten alive by the mosquitoes; they sprayed for this and WOW, is all I can say. It was as if the swamp was not there, immediate difference. I highly recommend them and their services.
