Double D is a disaster. George Harrison Clippert III is very disorganized. Does not respond to texts for days. Don't try to leave a voicemail, because he says he only listens to them once a week (solid business practice). If 2-10 recommends him, ask for someone else. He is not the preferred provider for the AA area. This guy is unprofessional. In 4 weeks, he has not completed my service. Save yourself the huge headache.

We used this company due to our home warranty company having double d as a preferred contractor. They came to fix a drainage issue with my dishwasher and did not fully inspect the unit. When I came home after the "repair" I had a puddle of water on my floor. After running my unit for 5 minutes it began leaking out of the front of the unit. When I called back to have the contractor come back out he refused to guarantee his work without another order from my home warranty company which would cost another deductible. So basically I paid for this company to work on my dishwasher and what they left me with was doing a half job, leaky unit, and no guarantee on their work. We now have to have another contractor come out to finish the job. My warranty company even called to request a follow up from double d to finish the job but they refused..... Horrible experience.

THE OWNER WILL ALWAY CALL YOU BACK AND EXPLAIN THE BEST WAYS TO DO ANY OF YOUR REPAIRS EVEN IF HE HAS TO WAIT TO GET A CHEAPER PART OR GO OUT OF HIS WAY IN USING ALL OF HIS MANY YEARS OF CONNECTION IN GETTING THE PARTS YOU NEED TO GETTING THE JOB DONE IN THE BEST PROPER FASHION IN SERVICING YOU AS HIS CLIENT. THIS IS ONE CALL YOU HAVE TO MAKE BEFORE SPENDING ANY MONEY ELSEWHERE PERIOD.
