Job was setup 3-5 days in advance, so there was no excuse for being late - which they were, 35 minutes. Thirty five minutes were I had to pay someone to just stand around while waiting for them.



When they did show up, it was three guys in a small size u-haul truck. Since the truck was small it took two trips, which added to the amount of time the job took and an additional milage charges.



While on the job the movers took phone calls, which of course was "billable time".



Though they were all nice, I don't think I really got a good value for the money they charged.
