I see no one else has posted a review so I'll be the first. I worked with Joe, the owner of the company.
I have built two 2300 ft2 homes and remodeled at least eight houses. My wife and I moved multiple times for work. So we lived in everyone of these houses. I always used my own money so I was not limited by bank oversight. I hired and worked with who ever I wanted.
Over my 40 years of dealing with multiple contractors. I found Joe, Desert Mesa Painting very honest and professional. He didn't have time to shoot the fat, but he was very clear in what they would do in the carrying out a contract.
Joe gave me five different options and corresponding prices starting at just below $2,000 upto the premium option of just under $3,000.
I chose the premium option because the house we painted had not been painted and the cracks and around the windows had not been calked for many years, at least, if they had been calked a poor product had. Ben used.
Joe said he guaranteed his work for 5 years and any product they used on the premium option for 10 years.
It made sense to me to paint my house once in ten years with the premium option at $3,000 rather than paint it ever two years with a lesser product at just under $2,000.
