WOW where do I begin? When I first began working with this company, I was proud to say I worked for such an outstanding company that has goals of rehabilitating individuals with brain injuries, it was interesting and exciting at the same time. Who would have that in such a short time, my opinions would be forever tarnished. I have never worked for more unorganized and UNPROFESSIONAL people in my entire life. From owners-> to managers-> to workers. They lack in accurate training procedures for each shift(day/night), it is impossible to know who to trust because everyone talks about each other negatively and instead of trying to properly correct mistakes and teach employees the correct way to perform their job duties, they talk negatively to other employees behind your back. They, meaning management. I will consider this a lesson learned and move on but I sure hope that no one else has to endure the unprofessionalism of the owners/management of this company. They cannot understand why they cannot keep employees, well I suggest you do a thorough inventory of how this company is run and I suggest you begin with the owners. There is no job security whatsoever, you make a mistake and you are terminated. So Good luck and GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH. Such a disappointment.
