Provided by YP.comMy husband and I went to TJ Maxx in Boardman Ohio on 9/26/2014 for the specific purpose of purchasing a watch. As we stood at the counter, the clerk proceeded to carry on a conversation with an obvious acquaintance, who was NOT making a purchase. She glanced in our direction several times but continued to ignore us. Even after her friend left, she still did not ask if we needed help. So - - - - we went elsewhere and purchased the watch. I guess customer service isn't in TJ Maxx's vocabulary.
