I currently use Ohio Valley. If I put extra trash out, they call me and reprimand me that I am not allowed to do that and if I do it again I’ll have to pay more. Really? What about the times I don’t put out trash because I am out of town? Are you going to credit me for those times? I seriously doubt it. So what they are telling me is that I have to pay more ALL the time for the OCCASIONAL time I have extra trash. Switching companies!

They do not pick up trash when say they will. Instead they pick up trash in the middle of the night between 3-4am. They drop the dumpster on the ground waking up the nei orhood! I can hear them across the street and on the next street as well they are so loud. I guess they don't think they have to comply with noise ordinance!

Get away from Allied Waste/ Republic Services. There customer service sucks and they never pick up trash when they say they will. Ohio Valley Waste Service is a much better company!!!
