I would like to give them a higher score because the roof was done fine enough. The thing is that every time I go up to clean my gutters and whenever someone asks me about who did my roof I am reminded of a few issues... All of them from an interaction with their boss after they were finished:
1-they added a wood sheathing cost. I think that this should be pointed out during the job and not after.
2-the boss informed me that his worker cracked my brick chimney with a masonry nail and that the roofing company would not accept responsibility if the roof leaked around the damaged chimney.
3-A moment later, he also informed me that it was time to pay up and mentioned that if I didn't pay then his collector (The tallest guy in his crew) would handle it....sounded kinda like a joke at the time but now it rings more like a threat in retrospect.
