Basement flooded in Boardman this weekend. Water everywhere. Drain completely clogged in standing water. Desperate for a plumber I called everybody, and I accepted the first one to call me back. Matt from EMS showed up 3 hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment, quoted me a price so low I couldn't believe it, and then fixed the problem in under an hour. Matt was super professional and friendly, and he put me at ease. In these emergency situations it could be so easy for a company to tack on hidden costs or stretch a job out for hours. But Matt took care of the problem promptly and went on his way. So I'm telling everybody I know about EMS Plumbing and Heating. Good companies deserve your business.
