We used Dr. Cheng over 2 years ago, he my mother’s doctor. The care was very distasteful, they had poor customer service at the front desk in his office, he was never around, my poor mother never felt as if he was really concerned with her care. His bedside manner, was well there’s nothing much else we can do for you about your condition so just do what I say. No kind of compassion, very matter of fact we weren’t asking for pity but SOME COMPASSION. He never talked to us her daughters about her condition, when she was in the hospital in ICU, my sister was there and she never knew who he was and he didn’t even introduce himself and explain what was going on!! I wouldn’t recommend him to ANYONE, very poor service. They never would receive paperwork from others, they would never call or get back to you it was TERRIBLE!! My mother is in heaven now, and I hope her spirit haunts him , because he cannot continue to treat innocent, kind hearted patients this way. I wish him and his staff the same treatment that they practice.
