I am highly dissatisfied with this carpet company. I found their ad in a coupon book and decided to try them. Although they quoted me a great price for being a first time customer, it took them 3 days to return my call. I made my appointment for the following Monday and they called an hour before the appointment to cancel due to cold weather. He rescheduled me for the following Friday between the hours of 11 and 1pm. I stayed home and moved my schedule to be at my house at this time and the company never called or showed up. When I called there was no answer. Thanks to the carpetsmith, the only weekend I had to move all my things into my new home is now wasted because of the delay the cleaners caused me. Not only did they waste my time, their customer service is horrible. I have decided to call another company who is RELIABLE and I will never do business with the Carpetsmith ever again.

I had carpets cleaned. On time, Very professional. Explained process, and did not try to sell more services than I ordered. Used an advertised coupon and price was less than I expected. Carpets are beautiful! Will definitely use this company again, and certainly recommend their services.
