I worked with Mark and he helped me in every way. He was very knowledgeable about all the tile they had and found EXACTLY what I was looking for …in about 10 minutes!

Large selection of tile and backsplashes, and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent quality. Would highly recommend this local gem especially over the large chain stores.

These guys know tile. They know what you need better than you do. I think the previous review got it right. They are busy and don't have a lot of time for small talk. Do you want tile or a new friend? Picked out tile for the master bath in a matter of minutes. Was provided a printout of what was ordered. No pressure. No hassles. Thanks Buckeye!

No problems at all, except that some parts that were supposed to be "in stock", weren't. Should be available Tuesday or Wednesday.

IMHO, they're geared to commercial accounts - contractors, etc. I'm none of those, but often spent time at the counter in similar businesses while working at the former day job. I don't think I'd have noticed [grin].

WowMy kitchen is awesome!!I thought I knew what I wanted but I was showed what my kitchen needed. I never would have thought about or picked what I was showed. I never thought a man could pick colors or decorate but these guys really know what they are doing. I recommend them everyday! Thanks so much guys!! I agree bigger is better.

This is the place for real help in choosing the perfect tile! The guys there come off a little gruff, but the truth is, they're busy. They helped me choose the most beautiful tile for my kitchen, with an amazing backsplash and a bathroom tile that looks like it should be in a magazine. I have one more bathroom to go in my home and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! They included everything we needed for the job in correct amounts so no extra trips were needed. I feel sure if I picked out grout that didn't match, they would tell me. Sometimes the truth hurts, but I really want the truth and they know what looks good. I highly recommend going to Buckeye Ceramic Tile!
