Horrible business. Unprofessional. I told the lady in the office that we picked double bowl sink but the guy came in with a single bowl sink and refused to change the other one. Now I have to use a single bowl sink for the rest of my life. Also, he only screwed one hole for the faucet of the counter top. I needed 3 holes and he said he did not bring the tool he would come back other day. IN 2 WEEK waiting and kept texting beg him to come to finish, at first he was nicely and said he would come ASAP he could. But finally he blocked my phone number so I could not text and call. I had to make 2 holes by myself. Until now 5 weeks, he still has not contacted me. Really horrible and unprofessional business. He said he is the owner of the business. This service gave me the frustrating time! At least he got the cheap and very competitive price. But it is what you pay for to get frustration and wasting time.
