I needed total lower teeth replacement after spending 20 years battling periodontal disease, loose teeth, and crooked bad looking teeth. United Health Care Insurance Co. affiliate, Compass, recommended Sipes for the York area and they were right on. I just finished my 2nd day with my new permanent, 5 screw implants and I am truly a happy man because I look good, can eat again without cringing, and they fee BETTER than my old teeth. Email me at tstefanswa@cs.com for more great info and pics! I was honored to be the first patient to complete the several month procedure from Hybridge Labs that Dr. Sipes has now mastered for complete dental implants, both top and bottom jaw. My was lower jaw only and it looks wonderful. If you want real feedback from a non bias patient email me at tstefanswa@cs.com. Thanks Dr. Sipes!

Went to this office three times. Dentist never introduced himself to me as a new patient, and made no eye contact. I had to ask the assistant if that was the dentist. Pulled a tooth that took forever. His office manager is rude, and girls behind the desk are clueless. Not a good experience.

Dr. Sipes is an excellent dentist. He has helped with select a periodontist for my receding gums. He always takes time to answer all my questions. If he doesn't have an answer for you, he will research and find the answer. I would recommend Dr. Sipes, in a heart beat.

I selected Dr. Sipes to deal with an old root canal on one of my front teeth after my normal dentist informed me that any action to save or replace the tooth root would have to be done by a specialist. After a visit to the endodontist, I decided that I wanted any work to be done by a dentist who could do any of the required work, up to and including an implant, without involving any additional specialists. One guy doing it from beginning to end, not several passing me around. My research led me to Dr. Sipes who agreed to do the repair. Great decision on my part!

I am so pleased with the resulting implant that Dr. Sipes installed. The new tooth looks and feels better than the original. The doctor's advice relative to treatment options was right on the mark. The procedure was much easier than I would have ever dreamed. The office was fitted with state of the art hardware. The staff was friendly and the appointments were timely. To top it off the price was very reasonable.

I highly recommend this dentist.

After my cleaning Dr. Sipes ca...

After my cleaning Dr. Sipes came in and he said everything looked fine but there was a crack in one of my fillings that he would like to fix. Thinking he knew best, I agreed and made the appointment for a week later. Following that appointment I started having terrible pain in that tooth, so I called and told him about it. I went in again and he said he may have disturbed the nerve when he did the drilling. He said it was a normal thing to happen but we should give it a few days to see if the nerve settles down. If it doesn’t settle down I would need a root canal. Meanwhile, I’m still in pain and taking Aleve twice a day so I can function.

Then I get a bill in the mail stating I owe $61.60 for the tooth he fixed because he used a Resin Composite for a back tooth. I just assumed they would use the silver since it was a back tooth and no one informed me that they no longer use silver fillings. I paid $10.80 at the initial visit and they are telling me I owe an additional $61.60 for a filling they will need to drill right back out because I am still in pain from him disturbing my nerve.

I called again about the pain and asked how much this root canal would cost me because it was his mistake; they said it would cost around $270.00. I couldn’t believe it. So now I am out $342.40 for a crack in my filling.

I called Delta Dental and talked to them about it and they said that there was no guarantee that they would pay any of my cost for the root canal because there was just a claim on the tooth. I might have to wait 6 months to have anything done. Did Sipes Dental inform me of this~ no they would have just charged me the full amount for the root canal.
